Dog droppings must be picked up IMMEDIATELY pursuant to the City of Phoenix Code: Chapter 8, Article 2, Sections 3-8.
Dogs are hereby prohibited from the common areas except under the direct supervision and control of their owner. Any dog found running loose in the common area will be subject to impound.
Dogs must always be leashed and never be tied up to any stationary object and left in the common areas at any time.
Dogs must not cause noise disturbances OF ANY KIND AT ANY HOUR. If persistent barking or noise occurs, the owner must address the problem immediately.
Dogs must not be left unattended on patios between the daytime hours of 9am to 8pm without the owners home.
During the evening dogs must not be left on patios between the hours of 8pm and 9am WITH OR WITHOUT owners present.
Cat owners are responsible for their pets at all times, not leaving them free to do harm to the property of other residents.
Violations are subject to Notices and Fines as set out in the Violations Enforcement Policy.
